I was at their parents, Johan David and Katherine's, graves in Hardinger Cemetery, Knox County, Ohio this summer. Do you know that a book was published last year on J. David's father Johan Jost Zimmerman who arrived in America in 1749 on the ship Patience? It is complete with all the people back 3 generations into Siegen, Germany.
