Donald, I see you Zimmerman ancestor landed in PA. I have been having trouble finding the parents of Jacob Zimmerman, born 1778, died 1845 in Union township, Schuylkill Co., PA. There is some connection to him and Emanuel and Hannah Zimmerman, who settled in the same area. Perhaps they are brothers. Did you come across these names in your research?
