Robyn, No, don't know what John's brother's names were, but there was no Philip in the family, and as German's used strict naming patterns, I doubt if there was a Phillip. As far as searching in Baden, I didn't do it, a cousin who lives in Salt Lake City did it. As the LDS FHC has so many German records, I would start there. I found all my Zimmerman information by making contact of a distant cousin whose mother did genealogy for the whole town where they lived, henceforth, everything was more or less first hand.
