Johann Peter was possibly the father of my ancestor John Zimmerman. John lived in Hardy Co, VA/now WV and Columbiana Co, Ohio and died at Detroit in the War of 1812. Johan Jost was in Brothers Valley, Somerset Co, PA in 1800. Do you know if the two Johan(n)'s were related? Don ([email protected])
