Clair, The ZIMMERMAN book was written by Russell and Edna Zimmerman of Ohio. I don't believe they ever had the book copyrighted or anything like that. I suspect that they just put their findings together and had some copies made up and passed them out to their family and friends. I say this because I live in eastern PA and have never seen a copy of the book myself at any of the local historical societies. I did have other ZIMMERMAN people send me copies of some of the pages. The book has information on some of the descendants of Sebastian Zimmerman and his wife Anna Elizabeth Levan. The pages that I saw pertained to the branch of the family that settled in Upper Mahatonga Twp., Schuylkill County, Pa. It anyone knows where this book can be reviewed in eastern Pennsylvania, I would appreciate the information on that.
