Born August 28, 1819, in Gemmrigheim, Württemberg, Germany. Son of Georg Jacob ZIMMERMAN and SARA SCHLAIDER/SCHLEYER. He immigrated to America in March of 1854. It is uknown where he settled but it is possible that he is in the 1880 Census as John ZIMMERMAN, in Pottsgrove Twp., Montgomery Co., PA. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
