First located in the 1870 Census in Talapoosa, Georgia. The patriarch was Charles Zimmerman. He had two sons, one my ggg-grandfather. Have been able to locate and trace his descendants that ended up in Rome, Georgia. The other son, John was married to a Sarah. Last trace of him and his family was during the census of 1920 in Militia District 627 in Haralson County. After that...A BRICK WALL. His children were: Katie, Nancy, Claudette, Henrietta, Della - 2 sons, Charlie F & Robert D. If you have any info....please, share. I am lost. Thanks.
