I am looking for a James Zimmerman who should have been born a little latter than yours. He married my cousin Metha Scott between 1910-1930. She lived in Vermillion, SD and then moved to Omaha after Mr. Scott died. In the 1930 census of Los Angeles, she is widowed and living with her son Ernest Hansen Scott. I do not know where they were married or when or where he died. Any of this in your line? Thanks, Ann in SD
