She was born in Ridgeley, W.Va., and was a homemaker. She served in the Marine Corps. She was a member of the Women ' s Auxiliary Marines and the VFW. Survivors include her daughter, Micelle Allen of Portland, Ore.; son, William of Oceanside; sisters, Helen Likens and April Lowery of West Virginia, Pat Daniels of Virginia and Charlotte Davis of Florida; brothers, Norman Simmons of West Virginia and Jim Simmons of Connecticut; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services: noon tomorrow, Allen Brothers Mortuary, 1315 S. Santa Fe Ave., Vista. Interment: Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Oceanside.
