Hi, I got a copy of some estate papers of John ZEIGLER in Richland Co., OH only to discover that it was not my John ZEIGLER, nor was it directly related to Ohio. It seems that some of the Children sued one of the Guardians (Peter OPP, then a resident of OH) for their share of the estate (which it seems he thought was his for taking of the kids). At any rate, I thought it might be useful to someone, so I have included here some of the more pertinant information. John died in 1814. The suit was in 1833- 1835. In the papers it speaks of John dying intestate, however there is also a copy of the will. I am not sure what that means. The originals are in Manchester, Ohio.
