    3. Hi, Have you all read the story from Darcus Barnett ? She and her family were slaves of Alexander Younger. She tells of how Alexander died first by falling in the fire & his heart breaking over the death of John. She was born January 1, 1855 on the farm of Judge Alexander Younger in Texas. It is a very good tale. Her father was Mitchell Younger & her Mother Millie Younger. Right after I finished her biography, I went right to Heritage Quest to look up the Census sheets. I know you all will love to read it. Tip : when you find her Bio highlight the entire text...the page is blue & hard to read. But when you highlight it ....it goes to white. And make sure you scroll to the right as you read it there is more of to the right side that does not fit on the screen. GO TO GOOGLE Type in : slave Texas I have a dream 1. Click on the first one at the top : it should say "Texas Slave Narrative" 2. On the left side of the page there is an alphabet index ,Click on "B" 3. Click on Barnett,Darcus I tried to copy and paste the Addy but it did not work & I also tried to copy the page but it is blocked. Have fun , Leni --------------------------------- Cheap Talk? 3. Leni, did this slave belong to Alexander who married Jane Merchant Hancock? It was very interesting to read, but I could not connect it to anything I have about this Alexander.
