I was showing off the FamilyTreeDNA site and noticed that kit #86386 had a mother for Alexander Younger (spouse of William Younger) that I hadn't seen before. Many (MANY) moons ago I had the name "Jonat" for the wife of William (based on the old "Scottish Church Records" CD at the LDS FHC), but I've had the name marked as "doubtful" for a few years. The name at FTDNA is "Margareit Fleming." If someone could point me toward a source for this name, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks, - Stephen

I got the name from the Scottish Church Records CD at LDS FHC Ver. 2.00 and the marriage date from the same source. This is from my Notes: "I have no proof this is the wife of our William Younger -- I found this marriage information in the Scottish Church Records CD and have made the assumption that this information is correct. There was a marriage recorded between William Younger and Margreit Fleming on this date, I just can't prove which William Younger it referred to." The date is Oct. 26, 1607 and location was "at Inveresk With Musselburgh, Midlothian, Scotland." The date and location seemed to fit.
