Judy....it's a general fund. Unless somebody pays for a specific person, it goes into the general fund. As I said...there's no money left. You are giving people the wrong idea about the project. Please stop. Any money that goes into the scholarship or whatever fund can be used by anybody...not just your "gang" people but also any other Younger. But alas...there's no money left. I frankly do not know who used it nor why nor how nor when. I frankly could care less at this moment! I'm tired and traveled out.
