Mark, My William Alexander Younger moved to Carroll County from VA between 1846 and 1848 according to the birthplaces of two of his children--Catharine B b.1846 in VA and Elizabeth b. 1848 in Tennessee. How do we acquire more information about these land grants? Is there more information available? If so, what would that information include?
