Mark! Something just dawned on me. Mary Bomar Younger had John Henry Wilson Cage Younger as her last child..with whom she was pregnant when Williamson died. When was your "William" born? Is there a minute chance that Mary could have had two children by one of the Cages? Williamson was in the War of 1812. Could he have sustained injuries which made him dependent and incapable of siring children? Thereby leaving young Mary Bomar Younger into bearing children by one of the Cages? I'm grasping at straws, but it might prove useful to look for a Cage/James marriage somewhere....if you get my drift. William was born in 1803 ,his oldest John W son was born in 1829. Maybe his mother Priscilla Jones had John W thru another father and William adopted him or John took the Younger surname - John W states he was born in Tennessee. William married Priscilla Oct 8 1822 in Halifax VA. William and Pricilla did not show up in Tennessee until 1840 Also was not John Younger(1802-1848) born out of wedlock to Mary Bomar and left out of the will - maybe my John W is this John son?
