    3. I have no proof to offer, but there was a James/Anna Nash with a son Thomas/Mary Nall who were in Chatham County during this time frame. James Younger sold land to John McCaslin, and his (James' son, John,) married a Rebecca McCaslin, possibly a daughter of John McCaslin. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Wilma C. 3. The name Pig's branch of Bear Creek struck a note with me and I looked back into my file and that family (James/Anna/Thomas/etc/etc/) are associated with that location. Could the earliest references be of the Halifax family? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Wilma (Younger) Norton" <wilma.norton@cox.net> To: <younger@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, March 02, 2009 4:56 PM Subject: Re: [YOUNGER] Miscellanea >I have no proof to offer, but there was a James/Anna Nash with a son > Thomas/Mary Nall who were in Chatham County during this time frame. > > James Younger sold land to John McCaslin, and his (James' son, John,) > married a Rebecca McCaslin, possibly a daughter of John McCaslin. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Wilma C.
