    3. This is what I have, anybody have anything different? Josiah Younger, b. 1780-1790 prob SC died 1840-1850 prob. McNairy Co. TN Josiah, Jr. married Margaret ?, he was born c1815 NC, died after 1880 McNairy Co. Josiah Joseph b. Mar 31, 1843 Orange Co. NC, died Mar 2, 1913, McNairy Co TN I found him at Find A Grave, said his wife was Sarah L. Inman - I also found a couple of death certs at the LDS pilot site (Texas deaths) that were for B. F. Younger, a male and Sarah Lucy (Younger) Combs, and they both give parents names as Joe Younger and Sarah Buchanan. Is anybody researching this line of Youngers? Appreciate any help on straightening me out. Josiah Joseph married at least three times, first to unknown, second to Sarah ??? and 3rd to Elizabeth E. Devault. Sarah L. also married a few times; first to a Lee, and second to Josiah Joseph. I can be wrong on the marriages -- can't duplicate where I found them. Another time when I wasn't as on the ball as I try to be in trying to note my sources. I found J.J. in McNairy Co. TN in 1850 and 1860 census, couldn't find him anywhere in 1870 and then he was back in McNairy (or had never moved) by 1880, 1900 and 1910 and he died there in 1913 according to FAG, and is buried in Good Hope Cemetery along with his wife and daughter Margaret E. Younger (she never married). Wilma

    2. This MAY be part of my Wm Younger's line.? His first son was named Joshia and Wm was born in NC, but so far I have not have? luck finding documentation as to Wm's parents.? Usually in Scottish families the first son is named for the father's father, second son for mother's father.? But again there is no proof.? Wm is found in Lincoln Co Ky where he married Elizabeth Daughtery 1 Jan 1837.? So far all I know for certain is that Wm had brother/cousin named Andrew J. Younger found with Wm in 1890 Cozard, Neb.? My Grandmother spoke of the twin daughters of AJ and that the families moved about together. Believe that this family was born under a traveling star as they did move about over the years.? Wm died in Ill, his sons died in Ok, Mo, and Ar.? Only two really stayed in close touch, that was my great grandfather Newton and his bro Barry. Whatever any one can shed on this line would so appreciated.
