!DEED: Bullitt County KY Deed Book D, p. 243 25 Dec 1819 >From William Caldwell, Deputy Sheriff for Elemalake Swearingen, Sheriff of Bullitt County to Wilford Lee of Bullitt County whereas 2 executions from Bullitt Circuit Court, one in the name of Field and Wilson against Charles Lee and Isaac Younger who was Lee's security in the replevy bond up which sd executions issued, which execution was # 7246, dated 16 Dec 1819, the other in the name of Joel Carpenter, assignee, against Charles Lee and Isaac Younger who was Lee's security in the replevy bond. which the execution issued # 7248 dated 16 Sep 1819, both of the executions commonly called ventitioni exponas. The executions were delivered to William Caldwell, DS, by virtue of Len of Fifas, which were levied by Caldwell a tract of land in Bullitt on Brown Run, containing 30 acres, being the same tract of land deeded by Micajah Cole and wife to Charles Lee on 16 May 1818, and bounded by Paul Froman's lines, Myer's 1500 acres, a division line agreed upon between Charles and Henry Lee, "thence with sd division line nearest the river of 500 acres sold by Jacob Myers to the sd Cole." Charles Lee now lives, which sd tract of land was levied on by sd Caldwell to satisfy the executions aforesaid, and after having been advertised, was by him, on 18 Sep 1819, at the house of Charles lee, exposed to sale, and Wilford Lee became the purchaser (he being the highest bidder) for $100 (that being the amount of the 2 executions). Caldwell hereby sells to Wilford lee the land aforesaid. Witnesseth that Isaac Younger hath sold unto said Harriett Younger a certain tract of land lying in Bullitt County, KY near Lee's brick House containing about 200a in two entries adjoining... also all the hogs that sd Younger now owns and all the corn growing in the field also a table that said Isaac Younger now owns to be given up to the sd Harriett Younger for which she agrees to give a bed stead that she now owns and $25 the receipt of which is acknowledged. Signed: Isaac Younger Land dispute between Henry Younger and Harriett Younger, Apr 1849, places Isaac's death between Aug 1848 and Apil 1849..."Isaac Younger remained on sd land from the time he took up the same until 1848 which was a great number of years, to wit 25 yrs, claiming and holding it as his own property..."
