Martha, I wonder if your William is a brother to our connection, who were also later found in Carroll county. Ours was James Thomas Younger. Circumstantial evidence would say parents were Thomas and Sarah (Brown) Younger. J.T. had a brother William. I have Williams year of birth as "abt 1813". Wonder if this brother is your William.
