Fauquier Co, VA, Sept, 20,1742, m. Latetia Atwell b. 1745.Married 1773, Culpepper Co, VA. Married second, Elizabeth Bell, b. in Orange Co, VA. Married in Orange Co, Dec. 18,1781. Their child, Sarah Alexander"Sallie" Lee, b. in Woodford Co, KY m. John Jordan Crittendon b. Sept 10,1787 in Woodford County, KY. Married in 1811 in Woodford County, KY. They moved to Logan County, KY(Russellville, KY). The Crittendons married into the Hardins. Not sure if this family is related to the John Lee m. Elizabeth(Rebecca)? Thompson in St. Mary's County, MD. But also of interest is that Van Swearengins daughter "Susie" m. Zachariah Bell, Oct. 24,1815, in Shelby County, KY. One other item of interest is that Mary Magdalene Chastin, b. July 23,1726, married James Powell Cocke m. Oct.22,1742. Peter Mo! ntigue's daughter, Elizabeth, m. Maurice Cocke(2nd). Peter Montigue is the ancestor of Mary Dearing Younger, wife of John W. Younger. The Chastains later married into Mary Younger Ragans son, Jacob Ragan. Thomas Montigue m. Susanna Ford, they were in Woodford County, KY in the early 1800's. Interesting there was a Lemuel Younger Ford, also.son of John Ford and Sara Berry, as well as a Lemuel Montigue. Seems like John Rene Chastian, Jr. married Anna Ford. Not sure if they were from the same family.
