Thank you for that bit of information which I did not have. Was this a Halifax County VA Court record or some other place? Are you aware of any earlier records of guardianship? There is usually a final accounting when the child reaches adulthood and is released from guardianship. I think it is also noteworthy that it is Fielder who is his guardian and not Wilson.
