Helen, have you searched much in NC? I have just been adding to my files based on the research of another and it included two Moore's who married Marlow's. These folks were born in the mid-1850's. Adeline Moore married James I. Marlow, and James Oliver Moore married Martha D. Marlow. I'm not even sure where these marriages took place, but the ancestry of the Marlow's does go back to the Brushy Mountain area of Wilkes Co., NC where my Youngers lived. If you haven't already, I'd recommend digging around Wilkes, Iredell and Alexander Counties in NC. Good luck! Nancy
Thanks Nancy, I have done some research in NC, but will dig a little deeper.
