[Halifax County, Virginia Will > Book: Bk, pg 5.] > The only record I have seen about Marcus' will says "grandson, YOUNGER WYATT" -- do you have a copy of the will, and does it say grandson "James Wyatt"? My theory is that Marcus had a daughter who married a Wyatt - she died before her father - and her father was making provision for that son. Either that - or else Susannah married a Wyatt, has a son, Mr. Wyatt dies and she takes back her maiden name. More guesses, of course! Thanks
