Just finished typing a copy of Thomas's will that he made in 1789 which names Joseph several times. Then we have a marriage for a Joseph in 1788 to Sally Brown in Halifax. In 1822, Stephen Huddleston sells Joseph Younger 100 A. on the waters of Buckskin Creek for $400. pg 199, Deed Book 30 Halifax County. If this Joseph was in NC raising a family, why would he buy 100 acres in Halifax? ----- Original Message ----- From: <NKYList@aol.com> To: <YOUNGER-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, August 22, 2001 10:06 PM Subject: Re: [YOUNGER] 1785 Heads of Household Halifax VA Alphabetized > > Brownie, > > Absolutely!
