Brownie.....We had this discussion on this list awhile back. Willie felt the names were separate and distinct. I can't remember if anyone came up with a case where they were both used...maybe this is one!
No, I think the same thing. I do believe they are separate and distinct. The problem lies with the transcribers, who missed the "us" on the end of Josephus and left it off. Willie must have been asleep if she said that. I have seen Joseph and Josephus in the same document which caused me to believe that they were interchangeable.
