Out of curiosity, do you have any additional info on Mary Nall? As I was searching through the Court Minutes of Wilkes Co, NC, a William Nall figured prominently. He was an attorney and in the early records in the 1780's. I couldn't help but wonder if he is related to Mary Nall, and if that would be yet another tie in of Joseph Younger to the rest of the Youngers in the VA/NC area.

Notes for John Nall: John Nall served as a major in the North Carolina Militia during the Revolutionary War, and was killed in the Battle of Cane Creek, a skirmish that occurred 14 September 1781 near Lindley's Mill. Lindley's Mill was located near Burlington, NC where Route 62 now meets I-85. Mary did have a brother named William Nall but he would be to young to be the attorney, he was born about 1772.
