    3. I double checked my census cd again - and it didn't have ANY Youngers for 1790 VA.     3. Now I understand. 1790 federal census for Virginia, West Virginia and Kentucky is missing! Which means you have to get the info from books. One source shown is Heads of Families at the First Census of the United States Taken in the year 1790: Virginia. Washington DC: Bureau of the Census, 1908.
