Thankyou Wilma, this is what I had as well. I let the 1900 census get to me I suppose, stating they had 1 child and 1 living. I "think" they might have simply referred to how many children were in the home, in error, of what was supposed to be in those columns. Thankyou. Brown, Peggy Brown the said several infants by James Brown their next friend; Jefferson Younger and Alfred Younger infant children of Sally Younger by Thomas the father and next friend: versus in Chancery Peter Barksdale and John Wimbush, exors. William Watkins, dec'd - for a division of assets. My question: If "Jefferson Younger and Alfred Younger infant children of Sally Younger by Thomas the father and next friend" means that Sally was deceased by 1811 - does anyone know if they had more children than these two? Or if these two were the only ones living? I have more children in this family group, but now question my files. I have Alfred born ca. 1808 and Thomas J. born ca. 1810 (from census records), but if Sally (Brown) Younger was deceased by 1811, this would mean that either the other children I've attached to them is in error, or else they all died as infants. I have a total of eight children for them. Or perhaps Thomas remarried????

Aug 9, 1859(I found him in the census still in TN as the last of the children to stay there. He married LuLu somebody, and they had a lot of kids, but I'm not sure where that info is at the present time.

This ends with Williamson/Louisa Patton Younger and their children. I'll take up James Williamson tomorrow. This took me all day. Brownie
