    1. Re: [YOUNGER] Descendants Of James Younger - Anna Nash &Thomas Younger- Mary ...
    2. Leni, Someone who doesn't have paf files could share their files with you via a gedcom file as you could also share your files via a gedcom with someone who doesn't have paf files. How long have you been using paf? That's the program I use as well. Martha Welling Utah William A. Younger and Elizabeth Martin are my 3rd great grandparents. Anyone researching these Youngers?

    3. Thanks for responding Wilma. Joseph T. Younger's death certificate gives his father's name as Wm. G. (Joseph T. died July 22, 1922 and is buried in Perry, OK.) (Church) Younger We have to be specific here - there are too many Thomas, Mary and Joseph's! I have Joseph W. b. 1803 NC (m. Susanna McCurley) as the son of Thomas and Mary Nall, and therefore brother to Thomas who married Sarah GK Church. Is this what you have? 2. Wilma Norton
    3. I have been going through my large collection of grave stones and came across this one I cannot identify. James Calvin Younger b. Sept. 15, 1946, died May 22, 1999. I'm pretty sure the photo was taken in the Osborn Cemetery in Searcy Co. AR, but not positive. I'm also pretty sure it was sent to me by Hollis Stanford, but he is no longer online and I have lost contact with him, so I cannot check with him. Do any of you have a James Calvin Younger with above dates in your database? Would like to place him if I can. Wilma

    3. This is James Armistead born in Stone Co. AR, he had two sons also - one in 1903 and 1 in 1906 - they are both buried in the Bold Springs Cemetery, along with the two sons. This is the one I have photos of the stones. 3. Leni, I don't have any paf files, but will help you if I can. Regarding your Hall family -- Did you have a Sarah Hall married to a James Armistead Younger, Sr. - they were both living in McClennan Co. TX when they died. I have photos of the tombstones for both their sons in case this is of interest to you. 3. Dear Gang, Would any of you be willing to share your paf files with me? I am looking for clues. The reason I ask is this,I learned a valuable lesson...ask while you still can.All the older cousins in my Hall family worked on the Hall family genealogy for over twenty years. I picked up the quest where they left off.And in the past ten years have solved many family riddles. But now all the cousins are gone. And I am the only relative left who takes an interest in genealogy. If I only knew then what I know now.I would have asked a million more questions. And now there is nobody left to ask. And funny as it may seem most of my YOUNGER family clues came through my Hall family.By reading their notes I found Younger's.But I still have to find the most important one my missing G.G.G.Grandma Younger. I promise I will treasure your work and keep it to myself.I am hoping I will see something that will set off a spark and lead me to more clues. If I am lucky I hope too still be doing this for another forty years...lol. 1. [YOUNGER] Ann, wife of Humphrey Younger
    2. Judy
    3. It has not been known who the first wife of Humphrey Younger was. But in the book Colonial Familes of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Vol. 21it gives some clue. On 2 Dec 1746 Ann Younger witnesses the will of Danielle Dellahuntes, Kent CO. (Maryland Will Book 26: 59.) page.262 Danielle Dellahuntes,KE Co., died leaving a will dated 2 Dec. 1746, proved 18 Aug 1748. To daughter. Mary Neal and her two younger bros. Abraham and Isacc, furniture. To grandaughter Ann (called the daughter of my daughter Statia), a gold ring. To Mary Greene, furniture. To sons Edmon and John (executors), residue of estate.(MWB 26:59). page 54. (Unfortunately, it gives you excerpts of the will and not the whole thing. Not sure who Statia married.But.... it sounds like Ann Younger could be the daughter of Statia....... without the Maryland Will Book, it's hard to say. But it sounds like Ann Younger was his grandaughter. On 3 May 1734, Richard Page, KE co. wrote his will and mentioned Danielle Dillehunter and Ann Stacey, among others. In a codicil written on 8 May 1734: "To Stacey and Mary Dillihunter , tobacco owing testator this side of the river, the three orders given Daniel Dillihunter(MWB 21: 232). Seems these Dellahuntes were Quakers. Oh, In the book, there is an Augustine Thompson who mentions his brother, Robert and there was a William Lee in Kent Co. F.O.T.Y. (page 348 mentions that Phillip Kennard m. Mary Ball. Wonder if there any relation to the Balls who married into the Montigues? Also Garnetts.
