YOUNGBLOOD RESEARCHERS: My brick wall is to find parentage for AMOS CARIL YOUNGBLOOD. Amos came to the Western Kentucky area (Calloway Co, KY) in the 1820's. About 1/2 of his children moved to Lafayette Co, MS; about 1/2 remained in Western Kentucky. There are 2 Youngbloods in 1800's Western Kentucky (Graves Co, KY) that I cannot fit into Amos Caril Youngblood's line, so it may be helpful to determine their ancestry on the theory that they were distantly related.
