    3. Earlier I wrote that James M. Youngblood was in the MO infantry. In another record written by a descendant of his is the nonation that he was in "47 Mo CAV Missouri Calvary. Enlisted Sep 1861, discharged Aug. 1865. Perhaps this was his 2nd enlistment. James M. Youngblood, (middle name probably Mark), b. Dec. 16, 1833, m. Volumnia Orso Xaupi (b. 1836) on July 6, 1863. He died in June 24, 1879, she in 1911. They had the following children: Xepheon or Zen Xaupi Youngblood, b. 1864, Guy Xavier Youngblood, b. 1866, d. 1930, James Orso Youngblood, b. 1868, d. 1887, Meme "May" Youngblood, b. 1871, Mary Volumnia Youngblood, b. 1874, and Edward Youngblood, b. 1879. After Dr. Youngblood's death, Volumnia moved with her children to Ellis County, TX, and she is buried there. Guy Xavier Youngblood m. Letha Rebecca Sarah Ann Sills, and their nine children were James Franklin Peter Youngblood, Leona Volumbia, ? Youngblood, George Xavier, Belinda Caroline who m. Willie Price, Letha Meme who m. Douglas Victor Holt, Guy Andrew, Edward Walter, and Joseph Martin. Meme "May" Youngblood Youngblood m. Dr. Crudgenton, and their children were: Marie, Kenneth, and Damien. No more is known about the children of James and Volumnia, though there is more on some of the grandchildren of Guy Xavier. Is there a match out there somewhere? Beverly Rich
