    1. [YOUNGBLOOD-L] Jungbluth?

    3. I have subscribed to this list because my ancestors' name translated from German is Youngblood. I am really looking for Jungbluths who came to the US from what was then the Austro-Hungarian Empire, specifically the Batscka, Vojvodina of Yugoslavia. I know of at least two who came at different times about 1911. Nicholaus Jungbluth came with his wife, Elisabetha Bladt, and settled in Lincoln Park, Michigan until his death about 1946. His wife died in the 1950's. They had three children, Robert, Rudy and Elizabeth. Robert played in a symphony orchestra somewhere in California and I think died there. Nicholaus's sister, either Theresia or Elizabetha, also came to the states. I believe she lived in the New York area, married an Italian man and had three children and died at a relatively early age. Before he died, Nicholaus also helped his only brother, Martin, who was about 15 years younger and married, to start a life in Michigan also. Martin died in 1936 in Michigan. Any info on Jungbluths that might match my family would be most appreciated. I have not been able to locate anyone. Thanks. Daniela
