Thweatt, was the son of Amos Caril Youngblood (1770/80-21-Oct.1836)and Elizabeth "Betsy____who were m. in SC. She was b. in VA. (1786-1870), d. Lafayette County, MS. Amos died in Calloway County, KY. They had 8 children, and the known ones were Sallie, Elvira, Mary Polly, William F., C.W. "Cad", and Amos Caril II. Amos Caril I's supposed ancestry is also listed, but needs to be further proven, as another fine author has disputed its ascertions. William F. Youngblood (1820-1868) b. KY, m. 1844 to Sarah J. Thweatt. Wm. d. Lafayette County, MS. Their children were Amos Jasper Youngblood, Elizabeth Ann "Betsy" who m. Charles Wesley McCain, Sarah C., Matilda Annaliza, and William. Amos and Betsy were b. in KY, and the rest in Lafayette County, MS. This book mentions the children of Amos Jasper and "Betsy" but no descendancy of any of the others. Charles Wesley McCain and Betsy Youngblood had the following children: Thomas Willmaer, Sally Ann m. Calvin Peoples, Blanche Druscilla m. Wm. Anderson James, Almoth Robert m. Minnie Kessler, James Jefferson m. Modenia Eveline Singleton, Edward Monroe m. Zulu Oregan Pass, Ozie M. m. John H. Ray, Allver Leevert, Joseph Samuel m. Pearl V. Norren, Charles Fed m. Saloma Knight, and Jeffie M. m. Earl H. Welch. The book then follows the descendancy of the families of Amos Caril II and Amos Jasper Youngblood, and Amos Jasper's son John Morgan Youngblood. According to this book, Amos Caril I's siblings were Abraham, Isaac, George, Joshua, and (much later) William, and their father was John Youngblood, b. 17Oct1734 in Ann Arudel County, MD, who m.
