I am looking for information on Christian John Young, b. abt.1820 in Wirtenburg,Germany. He died before 1870.. He was a city policeman. He was married to Mary Ann Hofffman b. 1827 in Ruschbach Rhine, Bavaria She was a dressmaker. They had 3 children: Mary Elizabeth, Henry Clay, George W., and William Frederick.
