I am searching for more information about John YOUNG, b. Jan 3, 1768 in Bedford Co., PA, d. Jan 1, 1854, PA, married Catharine STEEL(E), b. 1780, PA, d. Aug 17, 1873 in Bedford Co., PA. John's parents were Adam L. YOUNG, b. Feb 22, 1721/22 in Germany, and Elizabeth RINARD. Adam (and possibly Elizabeth) immigrated before John was born in 1768 to Pennsylvania. John's siblings were William, Catherine, Mary, Peter, Elizabeth, Frederick, Christopher, Sarah and Jacob. John's grandparents were Johannes Jacob YOUNG (JUNG) and Margarita MUELLER. His father's known siblings were Johannes Peter, Conrad and Valentine. John & Catharine Young had eight children.
