Sheila, I think they settled in the Springfield, Menard County, area of Illinois. At least they were living there when here mother passed away in 1927. I can not seem to find them after that. I would really appreciate any information on them since she is my my great-grandmother direct kin in a family of eleven children. They also had a brother named Heinrich Carl LUNING. Her mother, Louisa GREBE, was married to a Heinrich Wilhelm LUNING Then she married a Johann MOELLER/John MILLER. This is starting to be a brick wall for me.
