Have you bought death certificates for all three siblings? That should have the parents & parent's birthplaces, if the informant knew. Also look for delayed birth certificates for them. They were usually sworn & filed in the county where the person was living when social security started in 1937 & after. But sometimes they did go back to the county of birth to file. Those are on film indexes as Probate Births in TX. You can find the indexes at most TX libraries including Mesquite which may be near you. Good luck with the search.
