Matthew: b. about 1764-Bart township Lancaster Pa.---According to my info his father was James Sr. and his mother Mary (Morgan) Scott. Matthew was married to an Elizibeth Bail.He died in Mercer county Pa. If I have the right James Young he was born around 1734 Bart township Lancaster Pa. Is there any one out there that have these Young's? Leona I am very interested in your James and Matthew Young. Do you have any siblings for either of these people??? My Samuel Young was born in Cumberland Co PA in 1762. He named his oldest son James and his younger son Matthew. Both James and Matthew named their oldest sons James so I am looking at any James in that area and time period. Cumberland Co was made from Lancaster in 1750. My Sam was later in Northumberland co which was formed from Lancaster and Cumberland. I have considerable info of the names James, John and Samuel in this area that I would like to compare. Thanks J. Ray Young
