I have little info to offer, but perhaps, someone will have a connection with my YOUNG...... My g-grandmother YOUNG was a bit mysterious.......she said her name was Adana Margaret Barbara Allen YOUNG..........and that she was born in Denmark, 1869.......... She married Joseph Elijah HICKERSON, 24 Sept 1888, Adams Co., IL............the name on her marriage license was Delia M. YOUNG......... That same info comes up on the IL Marriage Index......I noted that there was a multitude of YOUNGs in IL, during that time......... Our family has never known what the longish name was about....I assume that the Allen was a surname........if you know something about Delia, or about Danish YOUNGs, I would appreciate any info.......
