Maggie Smart Young Beleive that David's parents were William Young, born, 11 Jul 1823 in Kirriemuir, and Ann Donaldson, born 30 Aug 1846 in Kirreimuir. would like to also to find Williams brothers and sisters, and parents. Am really hoping that some one might be able to find a brother named Andrew, born abt 1830, maybe in Brechin or Forfar. The only JAmes Young and Mary Craik, I have found have 7 children, 3 born in Rescobie and 4 born in Kirriemuir, and no mention of a Andrew, I cant go back any further until I find his birth, I have a Peter Young b: 25 Aug 1809, and a William Young b: 11 Jul 1823 who were children on James Young and Mary Craik, does anyone out there know if either of the 2 had a brother Andrew. Jacob Young dob(abt 1725, Cecil County, MD) dod(abt 1781, Baltimore,MD) married Elizabeth Tully Jacob and Elizabeth had the following children: Jacob, Sarah, Catherine, Mary, John, Edward, Eleanor, Ann, Rebecca, Michael, and Joseph. Jacob dob(abt 1750,MD) dod( abt 1815, Clement County, OH) married Penelope Watt. Jacob and Penelope had the following children Elizabeth, Edward, Nancy, Araminta, Eleanor, Mary, William, John, Jesse, Jacob, Michael and Allison John married Jane Wilson and moved to VA. Their son Jesse Wilson(dob abt 1807, dod abt 1854)married Sarah Lofftus in 1830. Their daughter Sarah married Thomas L Williams(gg grandfather.) Their son Jesse(g grandfather)(dob 4/1/1869 dod 6/3/1936) married Minnie Reichenbach in 1889. I don't have much information on the four lines above. I know that my g grandfather was born in PA and died in Pittsburgh, PA. I'm still working on the rest. The Young's and Williams' from my line settled in MD, OH, PA, and VA. Hope this helps.
