It was a terrific read - great detail on lots of subjects. The journey from York to Hull passed through the area where I grew up and it was very interesting to look at those places from a different perspective. Recommend highly. It is a whodunit based around the time of Henry viii's visit to York. Sansom did his research at the Borthwick prior to writing the book.
