    3. Hi Janet I've got FTM 2012 (but instructions are the same for FTM2010). At the top of your screen you will see Publish (that is where all reports/charts are created). Click on it. Select your chart or report. Click Create In the top right hand corner there is a rather tiny symbol - Share. There you will see 'Export to PDF", "Send as PDF" or "Export to one page PDF" You are given various options to amend PDF properties. If you are happy with them click OK. Another window opens allowing you to Save your PDF file. After saving you will be able to print. Hope this helps. Last year I printed out a Descendant Chart, but cannot remember how I did this. I did not print it from my own printer, but saved it to a PDF file (I think) and then had it printed. Trying to do save a Descendant Chart for our Get Together this weekend and then have it printed, but I will be darned if I can figure out how to save it to a PDF File. If anyone can help, can you please email me offline. > > Thanks for any assistance. > > Janet > > ..... > Ancestors in Yorkshire? http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/YKS/index.html; > www.ryedalefamilyhistory.org; www.wharfedalefhg.org.uk; > www.yorkshireparishregisters.com; www.yorkshireroots.org.uk; > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to YORKSGEN-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
