Morning all.  I know what one of mine was doing... he was in court.  I found him yesterday in the British Newspapers Online.:- 13th July 1839 John CHANDLER, keeper of a beer-shop, at Holy-hill, in the township of Hipswell, was convicted of keeping his house open for the sale of beer, on Sunday, the 9th of June last, between the hours of eleven and twelve in the forenoon.....  Fined 30s and costs......Charles EARL and Mark BEARPARK (my chap) were convicted of having been found tipling at the above beer-shop.... Fined 3s4d each. Naughty boy (vbg)...I can almost hear my very Methodist Nanna turning in her grave.
