    1. [YORKSGEN] Finding missing ancestors in the online censuses
    2. I have now "tidied up" and put together the tips and hints I gave a little while ago on the list on how to finding missing ancestors in the censuses. This will in due course be a complete replacement for the censuses section of my Newbies' Guide, but in the meantime I am able to make it available to anyone who would like a copy in one of two formats..... 1) A MicroSoft 1997-2003 doc file. 2) PDF The file is around 1200 words in length and if you'd like a copy, just e-mail me. You don't need to ask my permission to pass it on or republish it, but I would ask that you respect my copyright line and acknowledge me as the author. -- Roy Stockdill Genealogical researcher, writer & lecturer Newbies' Guide to Genealogy & Family History: www.genuki.org.uk/gs/Newbie.html "There is only one thing in the world worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about."
