Hi folks saw the discussions on the list about accommodation. York Tourist Office have a group section... website and email below. Might be worth emailing them, telling them what you need in the way of numbers. facilities, dates etc and see if they can come up with anything. I’ve used them (and other tourist offices in the UK) to book bed and breakfast accommodation for myself and always found them very helpful. You may find something better or as good as previous accommodation or you may not like any of their suggestions in which case you’re under no obligation to take them up and the service is free.
