The problem here is that the pages are missing but not the folio pages which goes like this Page 11 Folio 75 Page 12 Page 15 Folio 76 Page 16 So whether page 13 and 14 ever existed I wouldn't know after all I wasn't around then! For the record I have these pages on CD.
