I am trying to find births and marriages of those mentioned in the will abstract below my signature, principally with a view to finding more out about Ann Linley, the executrix. It looks as though Clemmett (Clemmont) Barrett may be in Knaresborough in 1841, and there also seems to be a household in Knaresborough in 1841 with Jeremiah and John Gott (in spite of the ‘of Sheffield’ mention). The Jacksons may have come from Otley and there is a marriage between a Sarah Jackson and a James Calvert at Guiseley in 1769. The problem with the others is either no information or too much. If anyone spots a familiar name and knows how it fits in I would be grateful for some leads. John Lindley North Yorkshire . .
