I wonder if anyone on the list knows if 'The Boot and Shoe Inn' Hackenthorpe Derbyshire still exists. It was there in 1871 and 1881. I think it may now be part of Yorkshire. Any pointers would be gratefully received
It is now part of Sheffield in South Yorkshire See http://www.sheffieldpub.co.uk/pubs/hackenthorpe/ The pub you are looking for is not listed but it could have changed it's name. There is a forum where you can ask at http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=16452 Victor On 29/05/2012 4:44 AM, Coral Thacker wrote: > I wonder if anyone on the list knows if 'The Boot and Shoe Inn' Hackenthorpe Derbyshire still exists.
