    3. Hi All, I have been reading these messages and wondering where the problem lay having never come across it. I have just searched for 3 of the examples given and not met any problem. I might just be that I have selected different trees for that name than the people with the problem but I tried about 3 trees for each name. So I wonder if it is the type of subscription that is causing the problem. I have worldwide from the UK. Perhaps those with the problem would like to say what they have. I tried to find the records he sent by searching Ancestry Public Member Trees but can't find them so just retyped them here Name John Savage Birth 1844 in 1652233, Denbighshire, [county], Wales Name Gertrude Jones Birth 1894 in 1651600, Flintshire, , Wales Death 1953 in 1651600, Flintshire, , Wales Name Joseph Jones Birth 1868 in 1652233, Denbighshire, [county], Wales The appearance of the same numbers suggest it might be an internal code for a location. A few years ago the Ancestry messed up a lot of locations. If England was not specified it would often try to find an American location that was similar. I also have seen a lot showing one particular CWGC cemetery in France. But you often see ones there with a six(?) figure number, no idea what they are supposed to mean but they seem to have been inserted by Ancestry's family tree system. Presumably this is some sort of code and I think I have heard of it before, but would like to know where I can find a key or directory, so I can work out where these places are. Thanks in anticipation. Pam .....
