    3. Hi Magdalena, Thanks! It is good to know that there are some Yorkshire cookbooks left. I can highly recommend it, if anyone would like a copy. It was first published in 2000 and is a great souvenir of past and present Yorksgen listers. The comments on Yorkshire Pudding and Lois Blackburn's posting reminded me to look into my store cupboard.  Gues what I found?! A box with some 25 virgin copies of the Yorkshire Cookbook that June Ridsdale and I put together for the first great Yorksgen meet.  They are still available at the cost of 5 GBP + postage.  Any income from the sale of these I contribute to the British Church of St. James in Porto where a couple of volunteers ensure that the church records are available for research and are happy to answer queries.  There are dozens of Yorkshire men and women buried in the churchyard. These cookbooks are full of a great variety of authentic Yorkshire recipes, provided by dozens of members of Yorksgen. Have a great time!  I miss you all.
